The Privacy Authority has accepted the appeal filed by an Italian citizen residing abroad who has requested the removal of some URLs from the list of European and non-European results obtained on the famous Google search engine, observing that in order to make effective the protection of a person residing outside the European Union, it is necessary to extend the activity of removing the URLs in question also to the non-European versions of the search engine.

This ruling is in continuity with the pronunciation "Google Spain" (case C-131/12 CdG UE) and with the "Google France" case.
