His teaching activity, which has also been carried out abroad, and his scientific activity, which has resulted in the publication of two monographs and numerous articles in periodicals and contributions to commentaries and volumes, also of international importance, are mainly focused on the study and analysis of economic, banking and financial law, with particular interest in both private law profiles, including those relating to the entrepreneurial system and consumer protection, and public law aspects relating to the supervision and regulation of the financial market. Special attention is paid to the latest regulatory developments, both national and European, related to the digital and sustainable transition and their impact on the current negotiation relationships between intermediaries and clients.
He lectures at national and international congresses, conferences, masters and doctoral theses on topics of specific interest.
